Hell is lack of strategy

Hell is a lack of strategy’ is a concept well explained by a sentence of a customer writte on a post on Facebook:

‘I don’t know what you think of it, but I imagine hell like the women’s department of Zara on the first day of sales.” 

When a man writes this, it means that there is no cross-selling strategy for wingmans in the just quoted store. A serious lack that make your store lose money.
